Stefan Jacobs has been working as a Lead Developer & Project Manager at Accso GmbH for almost 15 years. During this time, he has gained extensive experience with legacy systems, particularly those based on the Microsoft technology stack. These days, his main focus is on leadership and management, while he mostly pursues his passion for programming in his spare time. Stefan is also a company spokesperson for sustainable and green software development, an advocate for diversity and mental health in the workplace, and the organizer of the CloudInfra Meetup in Cologne. ------------ Stefan Jacobs arbeitet seit fast 15 Jahren als Lead Developer & Projektmanager bei der Accso GmbH. In dieser Zeit hat er sich sehr vor allem sehr viel mit Legacy-Systemen rund um den Microsoft-Stack beschäftigt. Mittlerweile ist er hautpsächlich in der Führung unterwegs und geht seiner Leidenschaft, dem Programmieren, vor allem in der Freizeit nach. Stefan ist außerdem Unternehmenssprecher für nachhaltige und grüne Software-Entwicklung, Advokat für Diversität und mentale Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz und er veranstaltet auch in Köln das CloudInfra-Meetup.
